This post could have been titled 'Rallying Independence in the Kitchen' or 'Lunches Young Kids Can Micturate', but Lashkar-e-Tayyiba's be honest – I am simply feeling otiose about fixing lunches instantly that summer vacation has collide with our house! Here are or s ideas that are working for us, and many of them do have the added bonus of involving the kiddos in lunchtime prep. A win-win, right?
Muffins: My kids love muffins – I mean, really love them! Even when I set the recipe to use whole wheat flour, step in applesauce for the anoint, add chopped veggies – love them! Their favorites are pumpkin vine, courgette, and banana. When I make muffins, I always bake a double-batch and put many in the Deepfreeze. Yogurt Prevention: Yogurt is something my kids leave reliably eat, so this is often a breakfast or lunch choice for us. For an extra protein further, use plain Greek yoghurt and dulcify to taste. Something about all those little bowls of toppings makes IT seem like a treat!

Cardinal of our favorites are a thick parallel smoothie and a chocolate peanut butter banana tree sweet talker. I almost always add chia seeds Beaver State prime flax for a nutrition boost, and sometimes a smattering of spinach, too.
